Booking

The session fee is as stated in the pricing section and includes your private photo session, my time taking and preparing your images for you to view, as well as selected photo prints, photo book or canvas.
You can reschedule your photo session up to 7 days prior to your photo shoot if required.
£30.00 deposit is required to secure your photo session.
Session fees are refundable up to one calendar month before your session date, after this time it becomes non-refundable but transferable if you wish to change the date.
All payments can be made by PayPal.

Image selection, prints & product purchasing

A password protected preview gallery will be prepared for you to view a small selection of your images before your private viewing appointment. The preview gallery will be kept on-line for 30 days.
Following your session a viewing date will be arranged to view the complete set of edited images from your photo session.
Additional prints and products are available to purchase after your photo session and prices are in addition to the particular photo session fee.
All portraits are professionally prepared for print to a very high standard.
Due to the nature of individual print sizes crops may vary slightly from the on-line gallery preview.
All prints and products are made to order and non-refundable once your order has been placed.
Pink Snail Studio will produce all artwork for portrait albums and photo books to a very high standard. Care and attention is taken to prepare each image individually and once you have received your final product no changes can be made.
Text on the front of portrait albums and photo books will be confirmed by email and/or on your confirmation invoice. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that all text is correct as changes cannot be made once the order has been placed.

Digital Package

All photography packages include USB memory stick with hi-resolution edited images. The amount of images on your USB depends on the selected photography package.
Additional or replacement USB memory stick can be provided at a cost of £15.00.
Digital images will be supplied as 10″x 8″ print size that can easily be printed in 6×4″, 7×5″ and 8×6″ standard print sizes.
A resizing service is available for larger prints up to A2 at £15.00 per image. This cost is included if you are ordering the enlarged print through Pink Snail Studio. Prices and sizes are available on request.

Delivery

Print & product orders take between 6 – 7 weeks from the date of payment.
This time frame is given to allow the time required to professionally prepare your images and products to the highest standard.
An express delivery service can be provided at an additional fee. Please note that during busy periods this service may not be available.
During busy periods, an example Christmas there may be an additional waiting time on orders that will be advised at the time of order.

Use of Photography

To show recent work some of your images may be selected to appear on the Pink Snail Studio website, Facebook and Twitter page.
Permission will be asked before using images and if granted the images will be used on these sites to show recent work.

Gift Certificates, Special Offers, etc

Special offers for Pink Snail Studio are available from time to time and are limited to the terms & conditions of that offer and time period.
Gift certificates are for the amount stated and can only be redeemed once.
Extension of any offer beyond the expiry date is solely at the photographer’s discretion and any price lists supplied at the time of the offer may be subject to change after this date.

Your data may be used by Pink Snail Studio to advise you of products, services and special promotions. We may contact you by post, telephone SMS text or email.
